  • Can be removed or overhauled from one week to the next. We occasionally open access to alpha features on a case-by-case basis for internal testing and evaluation purposes.
  • Not covered by our SLA. – No support.
  • API subject to breaking changes.

Beta

 

  • Feature has recently been made publicly available.
  • Can have bugs and rough edges.
  • Can be removed or overhauled from one week to the next. Beta features are available to all users but with a visible “Beta” tag on the platform.
  • Not covered by our SLA.  
  • Limited support.
  • API subject to breaking changes.

General availability

 

  • Feature is considered stable.
  • Covered by our SLA (where applicable).
  • Full support.
  • API stable.

End-of-life

 

  • Feature has been marked for end-of-life and will be removed at some point in the future.
  • Communication goes out to raise users awareness.
  • Covered by our SLA (where applicable).
  • Limited support.
  • API will be deprecated.
